A copy of all materials that will be displayed at your table must be returned along with this form to Megan Danielson at the Michigan Republican Party, Secchia-Weiser Republican Center, 520 Seymour Avenue, Lansing MI 48933 or faxed to (517)487-0090 by July 13th, 2007. The person or group making this the request will assume all charges. If your request is approved, you will be contacted by August 6th, 2007. Upon notification of approval, MRP must receive full payment for table(s) by Friday, August 31st, 2007. The Michigan Republican Party reserves the right to withhold approval or cancel prior approval if your materials are deemed to interfere, disrupt or contradict the spirit or objectives of the conference.
