There will be absolutely NO refunds of conference registration fees.

You will receive your confirmation number by June 1.

You must have your conference registration number in order to make hotel accommodations for the conference. Mackinac Island Hotels will not accept any hotel accommodations without your conference registration number.

Upon arriving on Mackinac Island, you will need to pick up your conference informational packet at the Grand Hotel. The packet will include your conference credential.

You must present your credential in order to participate in all meetings, forums, official social events and meal functions at the Grand Hotel.

Conference registrants NOT staying at the Grand Hotel may purchase meal tickets for any of the meal functions at the Grand Hotel's registration desk. (click here for pricing)
